With the arrival of summer I thought I'd compile a list of places in and around Barton Village to keep cool. The two wading pools below and the outdoor pool are open from June 29th until September 3rd. The splash pads are already operating.
Wading Pools
Powell Park (Stirton Ave. & Huron St.)
This park, which has both a outdoor wading pool and a splash pad, is located just south of Barton Street at Birch Avenue.
Wading Pool Open: Monday to Friday from 12pm - 4pm
Splash Pad Open: Daily from 10am - 8pm

J.C. Beemer Park (Victoria Ave N & Wilson St)
This park is located a few blocks south of Barton Street at Victoria Avenue.

North Central Park (Wentworth St N & Mars Ave.)
This park is located a few blocks north of Barton Street at Wentworth Street.

This park is located a few blocks north of Barton Street at Cheever Street.
Outdoor Pool Open: Monday to Friday from 1pm - 7pm; Saturday to Sunday 1pm - 4pm

This park is located one block south of Barton Street on Wentworth St N.
